Where elegance is not endearment and informality becomes excellence. A haven, inside the city, that refuses to give up the warmth and flavours of the countryside. The atmosphere is ideal to share moments of conviviality. The furnisher is simple yet elegant with each table differing from the other, with rings and imperfections typical of the wood, recounting a tale of authenticity.

Our product

The countryside arrives to the city

To receive our guests means tying ourselves only to the season’s products and working on the finest raw materials. Vegetables, olive oil, cheeses, cutlery, meat. A large portion of the products that we use in the kitchen come from our Relais in the Umbrian countryside, placed between the rolling hills and olive groves of Monteleone d’Orvieto. Sustainable and organic is custom, not the exception. It’s not an easy mission, but when there is passion, the heart beats on.
